WEEK#15 TEAM REPORTS
COLTS @ JAGUARS:  The Colts clinched home field advantage throughout the playoffs last week when they beat the Broncos in Indy. While it’s still unclear how much the starters will play moving forward, but for this game I still believe Manning and Co. will be playing enough to warrant starting your Colts. On the other hand, the Jag’s are fighting for their playoff lives in what is now considered a must-win game for them but I still give the edge in this game to the Colts. For the Colts I would start QB Manning, RB Addai, WRs Wayne and Garcon, TE Clark, and K Stover. For the Jag’s play QB Garrard, RB Jones-Drew, WR Sims-Walker, and K Scobee.

COWBOYS @ SAINTS:  This is a match-up between two teams with high-powered offenses and above-average defenses, but real story hear is Brees vs. Romo. The Saints want to keep their undefeated season alive while the Cowboys need a win in December very badly. I give the edge in this game to the Saints because they are at home. For the Cowboys I would play QB Romo, RBs Barber and Jones, WRs Austin and Williams, and TE Witten. For the Saints play QB Brees, RB Thomas, WRs Colston, Meachem, and Henderson, TE Schockey, and K Hartley.

CARDINALS @ LIONS:  The Cardinals lost a tough one on Monday Night and will be motivated going into Detriot this week. They need a win to clinch the NFC West Title and secure a playoff spot. They should be able to take care of business against a feeble Lions squad. For the Cardinals I would play QB Warner, RB Wells, WRs Fitzgerald, Boldin, and Breaston, and K Rackers. For the Lions play QB Stafford and WR Johnson.

BROWNS @ CHIEFS:  This is one of those games that only the family and friends of team players will pay attention to unless you’re a Jamal Charles owner. He has been awesome over the last 5 games and should continue to produce big numbers this week as well. I give the edge to the Chiefs in this one. For the Browns I would play QB Quinn, RB Jennings, WR Massoiquoi, and K Dawson. For the Chiefs play QB Cassel, RB Charles, WR Bowe, and K Succup.

49ERS @ EAGLES:  The Eagles took over sole possession of 1st place in the NFC East last week and look to continue the roll they are on. The Niners won a big game on Monday Night, but they will come back to earth in Philly this week. For the Niners I would play QB Smith, RB Gore, WR Crabtree, and TE Davis. For the Eagles play QB McNabb, WRs Jackson and Avant, TE Celek, and K Akers.

BEARS @ RAVENS:  The Ravens are on a roll and now have the playoffs in site—especially after thumping the Lions last week. On the other hand, the Bears have nothing to play for—except for their pride. I give a big edge to the Ravens in this matchup because this game could be over by halftime. For the Bears I would play QB Cutler, RB Forte, WRs Hester and Knox, TE Olsen, and K Gould. For the Ravens play QB Flacco, RB Rice, WR Mason, and Ravens Defense.

PATRIOTS @ BILLS:   The Patriots are all over the news this week with allegations by their opponents that Superstar WR Randy Moss is giving up on plays and on his teammates.  The coaching staff and Tom Brady have publicly refuted these accusations and believe that Moss is doing his best, but this does not explain the turmoil that the Patriots have been going through over the past few weeks.  With everything that’s going on, they are still the leaders in the AFC East Division and control their own destiny.  On the other hand, the Bills are playing for pride because they are not in the playoff picture.  They would very much like to hand the Patriots a loss and derail their playoff hopes.  Since this game is in Buffalo which is a very hard place to play this time of year, I am guessing that the game will be very, very close.  Having said that, I give the edge in this game to the Patriots.  For the Patriots I would play QB Brady, RB Maroney, WRs Moss and Welker, and K Gostkowski.  For the Bills I would play RBs Lynch and Jackson, WRs Owens and Evans, and K Lindell.

DOLPHINS @ TITANS:  This game is a smash-mouth matchup between two teams that like to run the ball.  Both of these teams have an outside shot at the playoffs, therefore they will be giving it all they have.  The Titans play a lot better at home than on the road, therefore I am giving the edge to them.  For the Dolphins I would play QB Henne, RB Williams, WR Bess, and K Carpenter.  For the Titans I would play QB Young, RB Johnson, WRs Britt and Washington, K Bironas, and the Titans Defense.

TEXANS @ RAMS:   The Texans are playing for their playoff lives and it showed last week as they embarrassed the Seahawks.  It’s not a stretch to believe they will do the same to the Rams this week.  For the Texans I would play QB Schaub, RB Brown, WRs Johnson and Walter, and the Texans Defense.  For the Rams I would play RB Jackson (if he’s healthy enough too play) and K Brown.

FALCONS @ JETS:   At the beginning of the season both teams looked like they were playoff bound but have hit a few bumps along the road, and the playoffs now look more like a fantasy than a reality.  Since the Jets are at home I am leaning toward giving them the edge in this game, even though these two teams are very close in talent and record.  For the Falcons I would play RB Snelling, TE Gonzalez, and WR Jenkins.  For the Jets I would play QB Sanchez (if he plays) RB Jones, WRs Edwards and Cotchery, and the Jets Defense.

RAIDERS @ BRONCOS:  This matchup used to be between two powerhouse teams that really hated each other.  Now it’s a matchup of one pretty-good team with both teams still hating each other.  Even though I think the Raiders will play the Broncos better than most people anticipate, I still think the Broncos will win this game.  For the Raiders I would play RB Fargas, WR Schilens, TE Miller and K Janikowski.  For the Broncos I would play QB Orton, RB Moreno, WR Marshall, TE Scheffler, and K Prater.
BENGALS @ CHARGERS:  This game is a match-up of two of the best teams in the AFC, and both can clinch their division and a playoff birth with a win. I give the edge in this one to the Chargers since they are at home. For the Bengals I would play QB Palmer, RB Benson, WRs Ochocinco and Caldwell, and K Graham. For the Chargers play QB Rivers, RB Tomlinson, WRs Jackson and Floyd, TE Gates, and K Kaeding.

PACKERS @ STEELERS:  Weather should play a factor in this match-up, so it’s a good thing both of these teams are cold weather teams. I expect a low scoring defensive battle between two of the better defensive teams in the league. I going to predict the Steelers stop their losing streak and beat the Packers. For the Steelers I would play QB Roethlisberger, WRs Holmes, Ward, and Wallace, and TE Miller. For the Packers play QB Rodgers, RB Grant, WRs Driver and Jennings, TE Finley, and K Crosby.

BUCCANEERS @ SEAHAWKS:  This is a match-up of two teams going nowhere fast, but at least the Seahawks are at home. I’m giving the edge in this game to Seattle. For the Buc’s I would play QB Freeman, RB Williams, WR Bryant, and TE Winslow Jr. For the Seahawks play QB Hasselbeck, RB Forsett, WR Houshmanzadeh, TE Carelson, and K Mare.

VIKINGS @ PANTHERS:  The Vikings need to keep up with Saints, so they will be playing hard all the way through this week and next. The Panthers have nothing to play for but pride, and that wont be enough to get them a win against Favre and Co. For the Panthers I would play RB Williams and WR Smith. For the Vikings play QB Favre, RB Peterson, WR Rice, TE Schiancoe, K Longwell, and Vikings Defense.
N.Y. GIANTS @ REDSKINS:  Two bitter rivals take the stage on MNF, and it could be cold and snowy. The Redskins have not won much at home this season, but they have played well in most of their home games. This will be a close game, but I give the edge to the Giants. For the Giants I would play QB Manning, RB Jacobs, WRs Smith and Nicks, TE Boss, and K Tynes. For the Redskins play QB Campbell, WRs Thomas and Moss, and RB Ganther.
