Fitz has improved his accuracy and decision-making ability as the fill-in for Carson Palmer this season. He's an exciting guy to watch and makes plays with his feet, but he still lacks NFL-caliber arm strength and doesn't belong as a starter. Teams should feel confident, however, bringing him on as a backup for the 2009 season.

Ryan Fitzpatrick tosses TD against Browns
An early 7-0 lead was insurmountable for the Browns Ken Dorsey-led offense, so Fitzpatrick spent most of the afternoon handing off. He did show perfect touch on a 20-yard touchdown pass to Chris Henry.
